EXTENSIVE RENOVATION *COMPLETED
For this project we did a complete interior and exterior home remodel as well as some new additions.
KITCHEN, LIVING, ENTRYWAY AND BATHROOM RENO *COMPLETED
For the living room we revamped the fireplace, added wood panels, built in shelving, new paint and trim. We put in new hardwood flooring throughout the home. In the kitchen we did new tile backsplash, cabinets, lighting, hardware, countertops, and appliances. For the bathroom we added new tile, wood paneling, shower, cabinets, lighting, mirror, and counters. We also changed the tiling in the entryway to give the space a fresh new look. Lastly, we updated the office with built in shelving and new flooring.

GARAGE TO COACH HOUSE CONVERSION *COMPLETED
With the previous garage/shop space we created a new studio loft coach house. We added a full kitchen, full bath, built in storage, lighting, closets, wood panelling, flooring, paint, trim, windows, heating, and plumbing. We also revamped the exterior siding, trim, and paint.

We recently had Richie Rich Contracting complete a major kitchen renovation, which included removing part of a wall, gutting the space, and partially changing the layout. The final result is outstanding! Rich and his team (Chris and Paul) were fantastic to work with. They are highly skilled craftsmen, and clearly take a lot of pride in the work they do.
